Description

Creole Steak and Shrimp Quesadillas are a delicious fusion of flavors, combining tender steak and succulent shrimp with a blend of spices, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and season with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove steak and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.
  6. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, then add steak, shrimp, and sautéed vegetables.
  7. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  9. Slice quesadillas and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
