Creole Steak and Shrimp Quesadillas are a delicious fusion of flavors, combining tender steak and succulent shrimp with a blend of spices, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.

- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak and season with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
- Remove steak and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, then add steak, shrimp, and sautéed vegetables.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice quesadillas and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for extra flavor.
- Adjust the amount of Creole seasoning to your spice preference.
