- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to create the sesame mayo.
- In another bowl, combine the shredded chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and red cabbage. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a generous amount of sesame mayo on each tortilla.
- Place a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture on each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra sesame mayo on the side.
