Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to create the sesame mayo.
  2. In another bowl, combine the shredded chicken, carrots, cucumbers, and red cabbage. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a generous amount of sesame mayo on each tortilla.
  4. Place a portion of the chicken and vegetable mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
