Delicious crispy salmon bites coated in panko breadcrumbs and tossed in a sweet, spicy Bang Bang sauce, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce by whisking mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice together until smooth.
- Set up the breading station with flour mixture in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third.
- Bread each piece of salmon by coating it in flour, dipping it in egg, and rolling it in panko.
- Heat enough oil in a skillet to reach about 1/4 inch deep and heat it over medium heat.
- Fry the salmon bites in hot oil for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain the fried bites on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Toss the crispy bites in the Bang Bang Sauce or serve the sauce on the side.
- Serve on a platter and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier version, use an air fryer or bake at 425°F (220°C). Make the sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
