- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine beaten eggs and buttermilk.
- Dip fish pieces into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard to make the aioli.
- Serve the crispy fish bites hot with lemon aioli on the side.
