- 12 small corn tortillas

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet until warm and pliable.
- Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with additional salsa or guacamole.
