- 250g Halloumi cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Harissa paste
Instructions
- Cut the Halloumi cheese into fry-shaped pieces.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and garlic powder.
- Dredge each Halloumi piece in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the Halloumi fries until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with Harissa paste to create the dip.
- Serve the crispy Halloumi fries hot with the Harissa yogurt on the side.
