  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Harissa paste

Instructions

  1. Cut the Halloumi cheese into fry-shaped pieces.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika and garlic powder.
  3. Dredge each Halloumi piece in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the Halloumi fries until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with Harissa paste to create the dip.
