- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the flour and beaten egg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the hashbrown and sausage bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
