Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the flour and beaten egg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
