- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through.
- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, mixed greens, and sliced avocado.
- Place the crispy salmon on top of the bowl.
- Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
