- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 sandwich buns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the lettuce and Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the lettuce mixture on the bottom half of the bun, followed by the chicken strips, and then the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra crunch, you can fry the chicken instead of baking.
