- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms until they are soft.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the sautéed mushrooms and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats to customize your quiche.
