Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted dark chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
- Beat until the mixture is smooth without lumps.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries gently with a rubber spatula.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
