Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, melted dark chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer.
  3. Beat until the mixture is smooth without lumps.
  4. Fold in the fresh raspberries gently with a rubber spatula.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder before serving, if desired.
