- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 cups of your favorite ice cream
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to brownie mix instructions.
- Prepare the brownie mix as directed and pour into a greased cake pan.
- Bake the brownies until a toothpick comes out clean, then let them cool completely.
- Once cooled, layer the ice cream on top of the brownies and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top of the ice cream.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
