- Shredded Lettuce
- 1 medium Chopped Tomato
- Cilantro
- JalapeƱo
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Low-Carb Tortillas
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add cream cheese, stirring until combined and glossy.
- Pour in heavy whipping cream, whisking for a smooth consistency.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheese until melted, then set aside.
- Add olive oil to the skillet, followed by ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
- Mix in taco seasoning and simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- Lay out tortillas on a clean surface and spread beef mixture in the center.
- Drizzle with cheese sauce and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla to wrap snugly around the filling.
- Return to skillet, seam side down, and toast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
