Description

These Pepperoni Pizza Roll Breadsticks are a crispy, gooey delight filled with melted cheese and pepperoni, perfect for snacking and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 24 slices of Pepperoni
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the package of refrigerated pizza dough and place it on a lightly floured surface. Using your rolling pin, stretch the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving about an inch along the edges. Layer the pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Combine melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl, and brush it over the exposed edges of the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing in the filling.
  6. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with leftover melted butter mixture and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over them. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.

Notes

For a twist, customize the filling or dipping sauces as desired. Make-ahead options available by preparing the rolls before baking.
