Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 24 slices of Pepperoni
- 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the package of refrigerated pizza dough and place it on a lightly floured surface. Using your rolling pin, stretch the dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving about an inch along the edges. Layer the pepperoni slices on top.
- Combine melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl, and brush it over the exposed edges of the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, sealing in the filling.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with leftover melted butter mixture and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over them. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
