- 1 cup crushed Doritos
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and mix well, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some shredded cheese onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Coat each roll in crushed Doritos, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
