Description
A simple and delicious chicken noodle casserole that is perfect for busy weeknights and loved by the whole family.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups egg noodles, cooked
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the casserole.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
