- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup long-grain rice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
