Description

Savor tender steak drizzled with rich garlic butter, bringing a taste of Brazil to your dining table.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of steak (flank or ribeye)
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the garlic.
  4. Add chopped parsley to the melted garlic butter.
  5. Brush olive oil over the steak.
  6. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Rest the steak for 5 minutes after cooking.
  8. Serve with drizzled garlic butter on top.

Notes

Make-ahead the garlic butter and store it in the fridge. Feel free to experiment with different herbs or marinades.
