- 2 pounds of steak (flank or ribeye)
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the garlic.
- Add chopped parsley to the melted garlic butter.
- Brush olive oil over the steak.
- Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Rest the steak for 5 minutes after cooking.
- Serve with drizzled garlic butter on top.
