- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (additional, for garnishing)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Pinch Red pepper flakes (for heat)
- 1–2 sprigs Thyme or rosemary (fresh)
- 1 tsp Lemon zest (for bright flavor)
- 2 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
Instructions
- Season the chops: Generously sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides of the pork chops. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chops: Carefully add the pork chops, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they achieve a golden-brown crust.
- Add aroma: Reduce heat to medium. Mix in 3 tablespoons of butter and 4 cloves of minced garlic into the skillet, stirring gently for about 1 minute.
- Create the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

- Serve and garnish: Serve the pork chops on plates, garnishing with fresh parsley, a sprinkle of lemon zest, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Notes
Experiment with adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition. Ensure to not overcook the pork to keep it juicy.
