Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, and sesame oil.
  2. Place the cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
