- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
- Add peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
