Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the Reuben balls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with spicy Thousand Island dip.
