- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
