Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the Canadian bacon, cheddar cheese, English muffin pieces, and chives to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
