Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and gradually add the dry ingredients.
  5. Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, roll the cake in the parchment paper and let it cool.
  8. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Unroll the cooled cake, spread cherry filling and whipped cream, then roll it back up.
  10. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving and garnish with chocolate shavings.
