Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, water, sea salt, chili peppers, and garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Cover the jar with a cloth and secure it with a rubber band to allow air to flow while keeping contaminants out.
  5. Let the mixture ferment at room temperature for 5-7 days, tasting daily until it reaches your desired level of fermentation.
  6. Once fermented, blend the mixture again for a smoother consistency.
  7. Transfer the hot sauce to a bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
