Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2–3 fresh chili peppers (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, water, sea salt, chili peppers, and garlic.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar, leaving some space at the top.
- Cover the jar with a cloth and secure it with a rubber band to allow air to flow while keeping contaminants out.
- Let the mixture ferment at room temperature for 5-7 days, tasting daily until it reaches your desired level of fermentation.
- Once fermented, blend the mixture again for a smoother consistency.
- Transfer the hot sauce to a bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
