Ingredients

  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage
  • 2 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high.
  2. Prepare the ingredients: slice the smoked sausage, chop the Yukon Gold potatoes, zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper into chunks.
  3. Oil the griddle with the oil and let it heat until shimmering.
  4. Cook the sausage on the griddle for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  6. Introduce the onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir for 6-8 minutes until tender.
  7. Finish and serve hot.
