- 1 lb Smoked Sausage
- 2 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 medium Zucchini
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-high.
- Prepare the ingredients: slice the smoked sausage, chop the Yukon Gold potatoes, zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper into chunks.
- Oil the griddle with the oil and let it heat until shimmering.
- Cook the sausage on the griddle for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the chopped potatoes and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Introduce the onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir for 6-8 minutes until tender.
- Finish and serve hot.
