Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
