Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, milk, and butter until smooth.

- Sift in the flour and salt, and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture until no white streaks remain.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
