Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 100 g sliced turkey breast
  • 40 g white cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 50 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 60 g ripe tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  2. Lay the lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface.
  3. Layer the sliced turkey breast on each leaf.
  4. Add the white cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.
  5. Place the crispy bacon slices over the cheese.
  6. Pile on the fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Roll up each lettuce leaf and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
