- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
- Pat the burrata balls dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

- Coat one burrata ball in the flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and roll it in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Repeat with the second burrata ball.
- Heat about 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the breaded burrata balls in the hot oil, frying for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove them with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
- Arrange the fried burrata on a serving platter and drizzle with spicy sauce or serve it on the side. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
Make ahead options: Prepare the spicy sauce in advance and store in the fridge. You can also bread the burrata ahead of time and refrigerate before frying.
