Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 cups fruit juice (such as strawberry or mango)
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder (for jelly)
  • 1/4 cup cold water (for jelly)
  • Fresh fruits for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. For the jelly, combine fruit juice and sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves.
  6. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom, then add to the warm juice mixture and stir until dissolved.
  7. Once the panna cotta is set, carefully pour the jelly mixture over the panna cotta and refrigerate until fully set.
  8. Garnish with fresh fruits before serving.
