Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm cream mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- For the jelly, combine fruit juice and sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom, then add to the warm juice mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Once the panna cotta is set, carefully pour the jelly mixture over the panna cotta and refrigerate until fully set.
- Garnish with fresh fruits before serving.
