Description

A colorful and delicious Funfetti Pudding Layer Cake that is perfect for celebrations and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Funfetti cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. While the cake is baking, prepare the vanilla pudding by whisking together the pudding mix and milk in a separate bowl. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
  5. Once the cake is cooled, slice it into layers.
  6. Layer the cake with vanilla pudding and whipped cream in between each layer.
  7. Top the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add vanilla extract to the cake batter.
