A colorful and delicious Funfetti Pudding Layer Cake that is perfect for celebrations and special occasions.

- 1 box Funfetti cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Funfetti cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the vanilla pudding by whisking together the pudding mix and milk in a separate bowl. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
- Once the cake is cooled, slice it into layers.
- Layer the cake with vanilla pudding and whipped cream in between each layer.
- Top the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add vanilla extract to the cake batter.
- Feel free to use different flavored pudding mixes for variety.
- This cake can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
