Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs with Herb Rice is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken thighs cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce served over a bed of fragrant herb rice.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
