- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 grilled chicken breast
- Lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
- 1 ripe tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the bread, butter-side down, on the skillet and toast until golden brown.
- Layer the grilled chicken on one slice of toasted bread, then add lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Flip the sandwich carefully using a spatula and grill until the other side is golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
