Description

A delightful sandwich with juicy grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and rich garlic butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or brioche)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • Lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place the bread, butter-side down, on the skillet and toast until golden brown.
  4. Layer the grilled chicken on one slice of toasted bread, then add lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  7. Flip the sandwich carefully using a spatula and grill until the other side is golden brown.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

For best taste, use fresh ingredients. You can pre-cook the chicken and prepare the garlic butter in advance.
