Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta shells
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In a pot, cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta shells to the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Serve steak bites over the loaded cheddar alfredo shells, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic and herbs before cooking.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli to the alfredo shells for added nutrition.
