- 4 large potatoes, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet until browned.
- Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter over them.
- Place the seared steak on top of the potatoes.

- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
