A savory and comforting Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf made with ground chicken, fresh garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese, perfect for family dinners.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté the diced onions in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
