- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Dip the coated chicken into the beaten eggs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry coated chicken in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha; pour into skillet and stir until thickened.
- Add crispy chicken back into skillet, tossing to coat in sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.
Notes
