Instructions
- Peel and boil the potatoes until tender.

- Add flour, egg, and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Drop the dumplings into the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add sautéed onions or herbs to the dough.
- Serve with gravy or melted butter for added taste.
