Description

A spicy and sweet treat that combines the heat of ghost peppers with rich chocolate fudge.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ghost pepper powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, let it cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and ghost pepper powder.
  5. Add chocolate chips and mix until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and let it cool completely.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of ghost pepper powder based on your heat preference.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
  • For a sweeter taste, add more sugar.
