  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix gingerbread cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until fully incorporated.
