- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut-side down.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, orange juice, pineapple juice, honey, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon; whisk until smooth.
- Generously brush the glaze over the ham.
- Loosely cover the ham with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove foil during the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
