Ingredients

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1–2 tablespoons water (to thin)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and gochujang.
- Add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- If the sauce is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
- This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Adjust the level of gochujang to control the spiciness.
- Great as a salad dressing or dipping sauce for spring rolls.
