- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, remove from grill and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
