Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt and honey (if using) to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a bagel by forming a ring.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
