- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil.
- On the unbrushed side, layer grilled vegetables, mozzarella cheese, and drizzle balsamic vinaigrette.
- Top with the second slice of bread, oiled side up.
