Description

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Optional Toppings: nuts, seeds, or cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill Time: Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Steam the Broccoli: Steam broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Sauté Garlic: Heat olive oil in a separate pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Create the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream or Greek yogurt and blend well.
  7. Season the Sauce: Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
