- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 pita breads or flatbreads
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated. Let them soak for at least 15 minutes.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium heat and grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Prepare the Vegetables: Chop your cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion while the chicken grills.
- Slice the Chicken: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest, then slice into strips.
- Warm the Pitas: Lightly warm the pita or flatbreads on the grill for about a minute.
- Assemble the Wraps: On each warm pita, layer the chicken strips, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, tzatziki, and feta cheese.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold up your wrap and serve immediately.

Marinate chicken longer for better flavor; you can prepare the chicken and veggies in advance for easy assembly.
