Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and pineapple to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
