Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken and pineapple to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add bell peppers or onions for extra flavor and color.
- Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
